Exciting update! We’re thrilled to share news about our Manchester project, where Nexgen leads as the main contractor for a commercial
fit-out project for a respected multinational client.
Our design change to Longfloor IntegraCure “Rap7D” has been a game-changer, offering remarkable drying time performance in our liquid screed system. With our screed fully dry within seven days (at 50mm thickness), we can now accommodate all floor coverings within the same timeframe. This efficiency saves us up to 3/4 weeks on our program, enabling our flooring subcontractor to mobilize within just 2 weeks.
